EXTERIOR PAINTING
Let's face it there is nothing like fresh paint on a exteior of your property, it's appealing, fresh, and gives you that new feeling.
5 STEPS

Clean As per your proposal, exterior painting prep areas are either power washed or hand washed to remove dirt and mildew.

Surface Preparation Based on your proposal, all loose paint is scraped away and all glossy surfaces are scuff sanded. All gaps are caulked to prevent water intrusion.

PaintRepaired areas are primed, and premium quality paint is applied to a uniform finish.

Clean Cleanup is done daily, as well as at the completion of our work. Paint chips are removed and all our materials are packed up and stored neatly.

Inspect After our own inspection, you are invited to inspect our exterior painting work.

The end result is a reflecton of the preperation, which is exactly why we take the time to completly prep all painted surfaces to perfection, then apply high grade paints to ensure that your end result will last until you decide it's time to call JB.PTL to change that feeling or refresh that aged paint.

All wood will be striped, neutrualized and allowed to dry out completely (approx 48 hours) lightly sanded if necessary then two coats of stain of choice will be applied.
